Terms of Use

Bingo Pé Quente is a mobile app and an associated website that offers a recreational bingo game (75 balls) for family and social use. It works as:

• Digital caller — replaces the physical cage, draws numbers randomly and impartially (secure random generator) and narrates the results.
• Automatic card marker for physical (scanned) or digital (app-generated) cards, helping the player follow the draw without missing numbers.
• Win pattern verifier — notifies when a card completes the pattern chosen for the round.

• It is not a casino, betting house or game of chance.
• It does not operate, receive, mediate or pay wagers.
• It does not distribute cash prizes.
• It does not organize, promote or advertise commercial bingo events.
• It is not intended for use in commercial establishments for profit.

Bingo Pé Quente is a recreational app rated for ages 14+, intended for adults and adolescents in families, schools, churches, senior homes and other social gatherings. It is not directed to children under 14.

Use by children and adolescents is allowed under supervision of parents or guardians, who are responsible for monitoring interactions within the app, reading these Terms and authorizing any paid purchases (Party, Lifetime and scan packs) processed through Google Play. Purchases made by minors without parental authorization may be reversed under Google Play policy and applicable consumer law.

You may use Bingo Pé Quente for:

• Family gatherings and meetings with friends
• Non-profit community gatherings
• Recreational events with symbolic prizes (a pizza, a basket, a small gift)
• Educational and recreational activities at schools and community centers

It is expressly forbidden to use Bingo Pé Quente to:

• Organize commercial bingos with wagering, entry fees that constitute a bet, or cash prizes.
• Conduct charity raffles without legal authorization (SECAP/SPA).
• Attract customers to commercial establishments (bars, restaurants, gambling houses).
• Promote, mediate or facilitate wagering of any kind.
• Any activity characterizing gambling, under art. 50 §3 of Brazilian Decree-Law 3.688/1941.

• The FREE plan is free and permanent, supported by ads (Google AdMob, with gambling and betting categories blocked).
• Party and Lifetime are ONE-TIME, permanent PURCHASES processed by Google Play: the cards, the absence of ads and every feature are yours forever and never expire. Photo card scans are the only exception — they are a balance, disclosed before payment, valid for 24 months from the purchase date. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — you pay once. Purchase and refund terms follow Google Play policies.
• Before any purchase, we display the price and make clear that it is a one-time purchase — no subscription and no automatic renewal —, plus the right of withdrawal — clear, prior information required by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 31) and by consumer price-information rules (Law 10.962/2004 and Decree 5.903/2006).
• Since there is no subscription, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Refund requests follow Google Play's policy and can be made directly through it.
• Protection against over-indebtedness: because they are one-time purchases, with no monthly fee and no automatic renewal, our paid products avoid unexpected recurring charges — in line with the right to clear and adequate information (CDC, art. 6, III) and the protection of consumers, especially older adults (Law 14.181/2021).
• Right of withdrawal: under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, you have 7 days to withdraw from distance purchases.
• Products may be modified, added, or discontinued with reasonable advance notice. One-time purchases already made remain valid as acquired, subject to section 7.2 regarding cloud-dependent features.

In addition to the in-app plans, Bingo Pé Quente may offer digital products for printing (for example, ready-to-print bingo cards) and related items sold through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy). In such cases:

• The purchase is completed and paid on the marketplace platform (e.g., Etsy), subject to that platform's terms of use, payment policy and delivery policy — and not to these Terms.
• These products are sold through a third-party seller's shop on the platform (e.g., Etsy), whose identification appears on the product page itself. The sale is governed by the platform's terms and by the consumer law applicable to the seller, including the 7-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases (art. 49 of the CDC). Bingo Pé Quente and RB SERVIÇOS merely provide the link and are not parties to this transaction, and are not responsible for the payment, delivery or after-sales of the products.
• Buttons and links leading to third-party stores or sites take you away from our website and app. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, prices, deadlines or policies of those sites.
• The printable products are recreational and intended for family and social use, within the same limits as sections 2, 5 and 6 of these Terms.

Photo card scanning (AI Scanner) depends on servers and on an external artificial intelligence service. Everything else in the app — number drawing, cards, winning patterns, voices, slang, TV Mode, markers, multi-prize, events and backup — runs entirely on your device, without internet.

• Purchased scans are valid for 24 months from the purchase date, clearly and prominently disclosed before payment. A new purchase extends the validity of the balance you already had, and never shortens it.
• Once the validity period ends, any remaining balance is not refunded — this is a previously disclosed term, not the withdrawal of a benefit already delivered.
• Cloud-dependent features may be discontinued upon at least 90 days' advance notice, published on the app's store page and on the website. Balances still within their validity remain usable until the announced date.
• Discontinuing cloud features does NOT affect local features: cards, the number drawer, patterns, voices, TV Mode and everything else keep working indefinitely, and cards can still be entered by hand using the Type button.
• Nothing in this section waives the legal warranties or the rights granted to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Bingo Pé Quente, its name, logo, design, source code, mascots, texts and other elements are protected by copyright and trademark rights. It is forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the application, in whole or in part, without express authorization.

Bingo Pé Quente is provided for recreational use. Subject to the consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Misuse by third parties.
• Events, raffles or games organized by users with the help of the application.
• Financial losses arising from use or downtime.
• Failures of connectivity, devices or third-party services.
• Data lost because the user did not perform a backup.

Nothing in these Terms removes the statutory warranties or the rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants consumers on a non-waivable basis. The limitations above apply only within the limits allowed by law.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced on the website and within the application. Continued use after disclosure represents acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. To resolve any disputes, the forum of the consumer user's domicile is elected (art. 101, I, Brazilian Consumer Code).
