Terms of Use

Bingo Pé Quente is a mobile application and an associated website that offers a recreational bingo game (75 balls) for family and social use. It works as:

• Digital draw machine: replaces the physical cage, draws numbers randomly and impartially (secure random generator), and announces results;
• Automatic card marker, for physical (scanned) or digital (generated by the app) cards, helping the player follow the draw without missing numbers;
• Winning pattern checker: alerts when a card completes the chosen pattern for the round. The alert only considers the cards and balls entered into the app — typed, spoken, read by the camera or from the caller's QR code — and it is up to the organizer to check the winning card before handing out any prize. The round's rules (pattern, tie-break, Main Prize) are chosen by the organizer; the app only applies what was configured.

• It is not a casino or a betting house, and it does not operate games of chance: the ball drawn depends on luck, but no one bets or risks money or goods in a round.
• It does not operate, receive, intermediate, or pay bets.
• It does not receive, handle or pay out any amount — the app does not move money.
• It does not offer or deliver prizes. Prizes shown in the app are entered by the user for the round they organize, and those in WATCH MODE are illustrative examples in a demonstration, with no participants and no right to receive them — they are neither a promise of reward (Brazilian Civil Code, art. 854) nor a consumer offer (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 30).
• It does not organize, promote, or advertise commercial bingo events.
• It is not intended for use in commercial establishments for profit.
• It is developed and operated by an independent technology company, with no ownership, commercial or sponsorship ties to bingo halls, betting operators, lotteries, gaming-equipment manufacturers or gambling-industry entities. The only interest behind the project is wholesome fun: family bingo, church-fair bingo and bingo among friends, the way it has always existed.
• MY EVENTS, the PDF poster and the draw PDF are only for organizing and recording, on the device, the program and progress of a recreational gathering — rounds, patterns, prizes and other information typed in by the organizer — and for printing or sharing them. They do not create, host, register or formalize any event, are not official documents or financial statements, do not work as online bingo, do not sell tickets or cards and do not take bets. The content of the event, the poster and the draw PDF (name, venue, date, prizes, names) is written by the organizer, and how they are used, including at events open to the public, is solely the organizer's responsibility: Bingo Pé Quente and RB SERVIÇOS have no link to the event, do not organize or promote it and are not responsible for it.

Bingo Pé Quente is a recreational app rated for ages 14+, intended for adults and adolescents in families, schools, churches, senior homes and other social gatherings. It is not directed to children under 14.

Use by children and adolescents is allowed under supervision of parents or guardians, who are responsible for monitoring interactions within the app, reading these Terms and authorizing any paid purchases (Party and Grand Bingo) processed through Google Play. Purchases made by minors without parental authorization may be reversed under Google Play policy and applicable consumer law.

You may use Bingo Pé Quente for:

• Family gatherings and meetings with friends
• Non-profit community gatherings
• Recreational events with symbolic prizes (a pizza, a basket, a small gift)
• Educational and recreational activities at schools and community centers

It is expressly forbidden to use Bingo Pé Quente to:

• Organize commercial bingos, with betting or with entry fees that constitute betting;
• Conduct raffles or charitable drawings without the legal authorization required in your jurisdiction;
• Use the app as a commercial draw for a venue — charging admission, wagering, or tying required purchases to taking part in the game;
• Promote, intermediate, or facilitate bets of any kind;
• Reverse engineer the application or its underlying technology, except as allowed by applicable law; circumvent its protective measures — for example, by altering the app's files, QR codes or data to unlock paid features or get around its limits —; or use versions obtained outside Google Play;
• Any activity that constitutes gambling or betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

• FREE is free and permanent, supported by Google AdMob advertising — banners, native ads, full-screen ads and rewarded videos you choose to watch —, with gambling and betting categories blocked. What a rewarded video unlocks is temporary (an extra card in the game, a period without ads or a feature until the end of the round) and is not the same as a purchase.
• Party and Grand Bingo are ONE-TIME, permanent PURCHASES processed by Google Play: the cards, the absence of ads and every feature are yours forever and never expire. Nothing has an expiry date and nothing depends on a server — what you buy runs on your device. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — you pay once. Purchase and refund terms follow Google Play policies.
• The purchase is tied to the Google account used to buy it and works on any Android device signed in to that account. It cannot be transferred to another account.
• The price is the one shown in Google Play at the time of purchase and may vary by country and with temporary promotions, such as the launch price. Price changes do not affect purchases already made, nor create any difference to be paid or refunded. Promotional codes follow Google Play's rules and unlock the same product as the purchase.
• Before any purchase, we display the price and make clear that it is a one-time purchase — no subscription and no automatic renewal —, plus the right of withdrawal — clear, prior information required by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 31) and by consumer price-information rules (Law 10.962/2004 and Decree 5.903/2006).
• Since there is no subscription, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Refund requests follow Google Play's policy and can be made directly through Google Play.
• Protection against over-indebtedness: because they are one-time purchases, with no monthly fee and no automatic renewal, our paid products avoid unexpected recurring charges — in line with the right to clear and adequate information (CDC, art. 6, III) and the protection of consumers, especially older adults (Law 14.181/2021).
• Right of withdrawal: the deadline is the one set by the consumer law applicable where you are; refunds are handled by Google Play.
• Products may be modified, added, or discontinued with reasonable advance notice. One-time purchases already made remain valid as acquired, subject to section 7.2 regarding cloud-dependent features.

In addition to the in-app plans, Bingo Pé Quente may offer digital products for printing (for example, ready-to-print bingo cards) and related items sold through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy). In such cases:

• The purchase is completed and paid on the marketplace platform (e.g., Etsy), subject to that platform's terms of use, payment policy and delivery policy — and not to these Terms.
• These products are sold through the personal shop of one of the partners of RB SERVICOS EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA on the platform (e.g., Etsy), whose identification appears on the product page itself. The sale is made by that partner as an individual and is governed by the platform's terms and by consumer protection law, including the 7-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases (art. 49 of the CDC).
• Buttons and links leading to third-party stores or sites take you away from our website and app. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, prices, deadlines or policies of those sites.
• The printable products are recreational and intended for family and social use, within the same limits as sections 2, 5 and 6 of these Terms.

The game runs entirely on your device: number drawing, cards, winning patterns, voices, calls, TV Mode, markers, multi-prize, events, backup — and card reading by photo, which happens on the phone itself, without sending the image to any server. Only accessory features depend on a connection:

• The optional download of pre-recorded voice packs. Without them, the app calls the numbers using your device's own voice.
• Purchase confirmation with Google Play and restoring your products on a new device.
• Recognition of voice number entry, done by the device's speech service (on Android, usually Google). Without it, numbers can be typed.
• The new-version notice, which checks Google Play. Without it, the app keeps working on the installed version.
• These accessory features may be discontinued with at least 90 days' prior notice, published on the app's store page and on the website. Discontinuation does NOT affect anything that runs on the device — cards, caller, patterns, TV Mode, photo reading and the remaining features keep working indefinitely.
• Nothing in this section waives the legal warranties or the rights granted to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Bingo Pé Quente, its name, logo, design, source code, mascots, texts, and other elements are protected by copyright and trademark rights. It is forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the application, in whole or in part, without express authorization. The app's music, voices, sound effects and images may be played and shown while using the app, including out loud and on a TV, to the people present; extracting, recording or redistributing them outside the app is forbidden.

The app is built on third-party software components distributed under open-source licenses that allow commercial use and require the copyright notice to be preserved. Rights in those components remain with their respective owners — nothing in these Terms transfers any right in them to you, nor makes them ours. The main components bundled in the app are:

• React and React Native (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — MIT license.
• Expo and Expo modules, including camera, audio, printing and purchases (650 Industries, Inc.) — MIT license.
• Hermes, the app's JavaScript engine (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — MIT license.
• React Native community libraries — Reanimated, Screens, Safe Area Context, SVG, Slider, Async Storage, View Shot, Confetti Cannon, QR Code SVG and React Native Web — MIT license.
• i18next and react-i18next, which power the four languages — MIT license.
• NativeWind and Tailwind CSS — MIT license.
• Lucide icons — ISC license, derived from Feather Icons (MIT license).
• Supabase SDK (Supabase, Inc.) — MIT license.
• Sentry SDK (Functional Software, Inc.) — MIT license.
• expo-iap and OpenIAP, the app store integration — MIT license.
• React Native Google Mobile Ads (Invertase Limited) — Apache 2.0 license.
• Google ML Kit — Text Recognition (Google LLC), which runs on the device itself to read the cards — subject to the ML Kit Terms of Service and the Apache 2.0 license.
• Google Play Services and Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — subject to the Android Software Development Kit Terms. Google Play In-App Updates and Google Play In-App Review (Google LLC), used for the new-version notice and the review request — subject to the Play Core SDK Terms of Service.
• AndroidX, including androidx.exifinterface (Google LLC and the Android Open Source Project) — Apache 2.0 license.

Bingo Pé Quente is provided for recreational use. Subject to the consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Misuse by third parties;
• Events, drawings, or games organized by users with the help of the application;
• Financial losses resulting from use or inoperability;
• Failures of connectivity, devices, or third-party services;
• Names, prizes and other text typed into the application, for which whoever types them is responsible — other people's names should only be entered with their knowledge and solely to organize the game;
• The content of files and QR codes received from other people, for which whoever sends them is responsible — the application only accepts its own formats, but does not check what they contain;
• Data lost due to the user's failure to make backups.

The app stores your data only on your device. There is no automatic copy to the cloud or through the Android system; the backup is made by you, using the "Export data" function. What you purchased does not depend on this: it is restored through your Google account.

Nothing in these Terms removes the statutory warranties or the rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants consumers on a non-waivable basis. The limitations above apply only within the limits allowed by law.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced on the website and within the application. Continued use after disclosure represents acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. To resolve any disputes, the forum of the consumer user's domicile is elected (art. 101, I, CDC).
